1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ku9a ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the ku9a website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ku9a platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through ku9a, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, mines games, and all promotional offers. ku9a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2Eligibility

3Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — accounts created by the same individual using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. When you register, you are required to provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ku9a supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via local Bangladesh payment channels. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• ✓The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected
• ✓Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your registered ku9a account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Depositing on behalf of another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the deposited amount. ku9a reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification for a reasonable period where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ku9a offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Specific terms for each promotion are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

6Responsible Gaming

ku9a is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated directly from account settings.

7Prohibited Activities

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9a platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ku9a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of ku9a. The ku9a name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in connection with any other product or service without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. ku9a's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9a makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall use reasonable efforts to ensure availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

10Amendments to These Terms

ku9a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ku9a platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ku9a operates. We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
